About me
My journey with Reiki began in 2015 at a time in my life when I was struggling with anxiety, and nothing seemed to provide relief. One day, I came across a book about holistic modalities.
At first, I was skeptical. But as I did more research, I became intrigued. Reiki, I learned, was a non-invasive practice used to balance the body’s energy and promote inner peace.
I decided to give it a try, and my first Reiki session was a revelation. I felt a deep sense of relaxation wash over me. The uncomfortable feeling that had been churning in my stomach began to dissipate, and I felt a sense of peace that I hadn’t experienced in a long time.
Over the course of several sessions and years of consistent self-care, I noticed positive changes in my mental and physical health. My mind felt clearer and more focused. I found myself feeling more connected to my body and more in tune with my emotions.
Now, as a Reiki practitioner myself, I am honored to share this practice with others. In 2021, I joined a Chicago-based community volunteer group offering Reiki sessions to the public. I have worked with various organizations ranging from local police departments to youth engagement groups all looking for ways to improve their well-being and build peaceful communities.
I am always amazed at the incredible transformations that can occur when we tap into the energy that flows through all of us. Practicing Reiki has changed my life, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help support you on your journey.
My intention is that you leave the session more balanced, aware of your inner strength and confident in your ability to improve your life.
You are your own healer.
